It’s not as easy as I thought it would be. After looking through the many images we have three categories: epic fail, meh, and not so abysmal. So first we’ll view the epic fails:
So this is what happens when you move the camera before the shutter closes.
This is an attempt to see some moon topography. Instead we have a nice moon smudge. :)
Now we’ll view two of the meh photos. The majority of the photos fall in this category.
…so I tried to zoom again.
The learning curve is steep. The following three attempts are in the – not so abysmal – category.
I like the fields of this one. Distinct foreground, mid-ground, and background. But look at the orbs swirling in the air. When the dogs came outside they dusted the sky for me.
This one is prettier. The cropping helps.
The color of this one is great. I think the underside of the green trees somehow turned the sky blue. Weird but cool.
Here ends my supermoon photography attempts – until next year anyway. Then I’ll probably have similar photographs and you’ll wonder… “Hey haven’t I seen this somewhere before?”
